The Role
As the Vice President, you will hold a critical leadership position within our North American financial advisory practice. Your role will involve pitching financial advisory mandates, managing multiple complex transactions, and building a proficient team of professionals. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality, tailored services to our clients and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. This position demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, a thorough understanding of the infrastructure finance landscape, and expertise in transaction management and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure excellence in technical delivery by supervising financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution;
Lead transaction teams to effectively execute financial advisory mandates;
Mentor, develop, and oversee junior team members;
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the infrastructure sector;
Identify and pursue financial advisory opportunities;
