As our PaaS business, Powered by League, continues to gain momentum, we are eager to expand our Health Solutions team. We are currently searching for a performance-oriented and innovative Vice President of Member Growth Marketing to spearhead the design and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at activating, retaining, and re-engaging our members across all interaction points.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Member Behavior team to translate insights into impactful campaigns and experiments, leveraging various channels including email, push notifications, and in-app experiences to foster sustained growth in member engagement and monthly active users (MAU).
This role demands a strategic mindset, as you will drive initiatives that enhance user growth, diminish churn, and amplify the value our members derive from League’s platform. You will be tasked with rapid testing and learning, balancing data-driven analysis with compelling narratives, while establishing robust systems for measuring, optimizing, and scaling member engagement across our clientele.
Your collaboration with product, health solutions, content, and commercial teams will be crucial in ensuring alignment and delivering measurable impact. Your team will serve as the bridge connecting behavioral science, product possibilities, and scalable growth strategies.
