About the job
SuperDial is at the forefront of revolutionizing communication through cutting-edge AI-driven voice technology. Our mission is to enhance and automate enterprise communication, leveraging real-time conversation intelligence and data-driven automation. Recently, we secured $15 million in Series A funding (including approximately $3 million in venture debt) led by SignalFire, with additional contributions from Slow Ventures, BoxGroup, and Scrub Capital, bringing our total funding to over $20 million. With a strong backing from top-tier investors and poised for rapid growth, SuperDial is gearing up for its Series B funding round.
Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Product, you will be the driving force behind SuperDial’s product vision, roadmap, and execution. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role that requires technical expertise. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Engineering, Design, GTM, and customers to transform real-world healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows into scalable, impactful products.
This position goes beyond strategic oversight; you will engage directly with the code, review pull requests, write production-quality code as necessary, and make critical technical decisions alongside engineering leadership.
Your Immediate and Long-Term Responsibilities:
First 30–60 Days:
Familiarize yourself with SuperDial’s product landscape, architecture, and customer use cases; assess the current roadmap and technical constraints; build strong relationships with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams; participate in customer calls to gain insights into workflows and challenges; identify quick wins to enhance velocity, usability, or reliability.
90–120 Days:
Refine the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs and revenue objectives; establish clear rhythms for product discovery and delivery; enhance prioritization and execution quality; begin contributing directly to coding, reviews, or prototypes where applicable; ensure product decisions are informed by actual system constraints.
6 Months:
Ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery across teams; collaborate with GTM on product packaging, pricing, and enterprise readiness; deepen expertise in healthcare and RCM; enhance onboarding, retention, and expansion through product-led improvements; scale product processes while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.
Year 1:
Build and lead a dynamic product organization (Product Managers, Design, Product Operations); instill robust product judgment, speed, and ownership; deliver significant platform and AI-driven capabilities; position the product organization and roadmap to facilitate Series B growth and beyond.
