In this strategic position, you will oversee our global Product Marketing functions, serving as the essential link between market dynamics, complex customer needs, and our growing product offerings, especially as we integrate with SAP SuccessFactors. Your leadership will guide the Product, Customer, and Partner Marketing teams, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned to achieve our ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Vision and Strategy: Develop a comprehensive vision and strategy for global Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Channel Marketing, directly impacting the company's growth trajectory and market leadership.
Positioning & Messaging: Lead the creation of product positioning frameworks, value propositions, and competitive narratives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels and go-to-market initiatives.
Portfolio Packaging & Pricing: Spearhead the development of product packaging, pricing strategies, and naming conventions that align with market demands to optimize revenue.
Go-to-Market Excellence: Drive the overall go-to-market strategy and execution for major product releases, ensuring seamless integration and execution organization-wide.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary PMM representative on the ELT, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to influence roadmaps and ensure market readiness.
Customer Engagement: Oversee Customer Marketing, utilizing customer insights to enhance market impact and develop strategies for retention and upselling.
Partner Enablement: Formulate strategies to empower partner channels, co-creating programs and messaging frameworks for indirect sales.
Competitive Intelligence: Lead the Competitive Intelligence practice, equipping the go-to-market organization with valuable insights to enhance competitive win rates.
Market Representation: Act as a dynamic spokesperson and market evangelist at industry events, promoting brand awareness and establishing market leadership.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing Product Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
