About the Role
As the Vice President of Transformation & Strategic Outsourcing, you will report directly to the Head of Strategic Outsourcing & Transformation, playing a crucial role in spearheading transformation initiatives across the bank under the COO's Office. This dynamic position is responsible for leading innovative outsourcing programs, refining operational models, and achieving significant efficiencies across various business and enablement functions.
In this capacity, you will engage with both internal teams and external partners to deploy scalable solutions, elevate customer-centric services, and instill a culture of excellence in service delivery.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation & Outsourcing
- Design and implement strategic outsourcing and shared services frameworks.
- Drive comprehensive transformation programs throughout the bank, ensuring alignment with COO-led initiatives.
- Achieve cost reductions and headcount efficiencies through lean methodologies and digital advancements.
Program Delivery & Governance
- Supervise automation projects and management information system (MIS) initiatives within the COO’s Office.
- Establish solid governance structures for offshoring and outsourcing, including PALM governance.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Operating Model Implementation
- Define and execute processes, decision-making frameworks, and training programs for outsourced units.
- Oversee the complete delivery of Shared Services Centers.
- Continuously explore digitization opportunities to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Business Units, and Facilities teams to integrate new systems and co-location strategies.
- Manage vendor selection and onboarding for transformation projects.
- Coordinate with the Customer Experience unit to promote service excellence initiatives.
