About the Role:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will spearhead the expansion of Saltz.App in your city! Your role involves reaching out to new venues, engaging with chefs and managers, demonstrating how our app works, and assisting them with their orders, from quaint lunch spots to Michelin-starred establishments. We provide training and the autonomy to manage your schedule and outcomes.
No formal sales degree is necessary, but you must possess grit, a passion for gastronomy, and a desire to drive growth.
Daily Responsibilities:
Engage with restaurants and kitchens in the field, introducing chefs and owners to a marketplace that simplifies their operations.
Conduct approximately 10-15 meetings weekly, ensuring timely follow-ups and comprehensive support.
Plan your weekly schedule with guidance as needed, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Demonstrate our application to chefs within their environment, showcasing how Saltz simplifies ordering.
Utilize our CRM system (training provided) and other tools to track your progress, enabling team support.
