About the Role: Join a thriving fashion enterprise as a Visual Merchandiser where your creativity will inspire customers to discover their unique style. This role is essential in supporting and guiding the store team to deliver an inspiring and exciting customer experience that aligns with H&M’s brand values. You will drive sales and be responsible for implementing the brand’s visual identity. The Visual Merchandiser will continuously meet the expectations of both customers and colleagues while adhering to H&M’s procedures and standards.
This position reports to the Visual Presentation Manager (depending on store volume) or the Store Manager.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Sales and Profits:
The Visual Merchandiser will strategically display clothing on the sales floor and in windows according to commercial guidelines. Collaborating with the department manager, you will identify additional sales opportunities while ensuring compliance with H&M’s brand directives. You will execute floor layout changes based on these collaborative decisions.
Fashion Knowledge:
- Stay updated on current fashion trends.
- Inspire and educate the store team on seasonal trends, upcoming campaigns, and brand standards.
Direct Customer Service:
- Ensure that customer service expectations are met in accordance with H&M standards.
- Support the store team in providing an excellent customer experience.
Indirect Customer Service:
- Uphold H&M's visual identity by implementing the commercial guide and ensuring mannequins in windows and in-store are well-coordinated.
- Create a clear connection between window displays and the main sales area with clothing purchase suggestions.
- Ensure high-quality daily presentation of clothing in collaboration with the store team.
- Maintain a clear customer flow through the strategic placement of accessories and compliance with H&M navigation standards.
- Launch and maintain all campaigns and commercial activities within deadlines and in line with H&M standards.
