About the Role
As the Vice President of SMB Growth and Channel Strategy, you will be at the forefront of shaping the strategy and performance of Flex’s rapidly growing SMB segment. This role emphasizes the leadership and scaling of a multi-vendor, outsourced sales ecosystem, rather than traditional sales team management, driving efficient and predictable unit acquisition. Reporting directly to the PMC Revenue Leader, your responsibilities will include overseeing partner performance, creating data-driven operational rhythms, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Flex and our vendor partners.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in executing scaled sales strategies, managing channel or outsourced sales programs, and operating high-volume commercial initiatives within FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS environments. You will be an analytical thinker with operational excellence and a proven ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partner teams.
This position welcomes candidates who can work in a hybrid model, spending 2-3 days a week in either our New York City, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City offices. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates moving to our hubs.
