We are excited to announce an opening at our luxurious 5-star resort, Domes of Elounda, Autograph Collection Hotels, located in the stunning surroundings of Crete.
Position Overview: Waiter A
The Waiter/Waitress A at Domes Resorts is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and cater to guests' needs throughout their meals.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction
· Greet and welcome guests with warmth and friendliness, leading them to their tables.
· Thank guests and wish them well, expressing eagerness for their next visit.
· Provide prompt and courteous service throughout their meal, being attentive to guests' needs and preferences.
Operational Duties
· Offer detailed menu information and respond to inquiries regarding food and beverages.
· Accurately record orders in the Point of Sales (POS) system.
· Conduct shift closing operations on the POS terminal and reconcile cash and credit card transactions.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of both front and back of house areas.
Team Collaboration
· Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
