What Your Role Entails:
Your responsibilities will vary daily but will include:
- Delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care to ensure young people feel safe and supported
- Establishing positive relationships and promoting healthy routines
- Preparing meals, assisting with educational needs, and fostering life skills
- Advocating for their voices, ensuring they are heard and valued
- Supporting medical appointments and engaging in community activities
- Utilizing your own vehicle for transportation of young individuals when necessary
- Guiding them towards a confident transition into their next chapter
What We Seek:
Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
A full UK driver’s license and your own vehicle
Patience, empathy, and strong emotional resilience
A flexible approach (waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins as required)
A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is preferred but not mandatory.

Competitive remuneration:
£17.50ph - £24.00ph PAYE Rate (including holiday pay)
£20.00ph - £28.00ph Umbrella Rate
