Responsibilities
No two shifts will ever be identical, and that is what makes this role so fulfilling.
As a Children’s Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Providing trauma-informed care to ensure young individuals feel safe and supported.
Establishing strong, trusting relationships.
Promoting healthy routines and essential life skills.
Supporting educational needs, meal preparation, and attending appointments.
Advocating passionately to ensure every young person feels heard and valued.
Assisting with transportation to activities and appointments.
Inspiring confidence and resilience in their futures.

Ideal Candidate
We seek individuals who embody heart, strength, and dedication:
Experience in working with children or young people (voluntary or paid).
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Exceptional patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights).
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is advantageous but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Benefits
Competitive Pay: £17.50 – £28.00 per hour (based on shift type).
