Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in various tasks across the Inbound, Stock Management, and Outbound areas, focusing on material handling, packaging, labeling, part identification verification, receiving, assembly, and storage of parts, materials, and products.
- Prepare parts and materials for shipment, verify quantities and materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure proper placement of items within the warehouse.
- Operate hand-powered and semi-automated/automated material handling and packaging equipment, including scales, postage meters, and conveyor systems.
- Follow printed work orders and verbal instructions to carry out tasks effectively.
- Utilize computer terminals and RF scanners for efficient inventory management.
- Maintain comprehensive records related to receiving, stock management, inventory, and shipping.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed, with the potential to work in various subsystems or departments.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs for specific tasks.
- Job responsibilities necessitate skills in arithmetic, reading, writing, and the use of measuring equipment.
- Availability to work the required shift from 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, including potential overtime and weekend shifts as needed based on warehouse demands.
