Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Warehouse Manager for our new 5-star resort, Aulus Chania.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Logistics Management
- Oversee and document all materials and products in the warehouse, including stock levels, quantities, receipt dates, and expiry dates.
- Ensure stock is consistently available to meet hotel demands by analyzing consumption trends and departmental requirements.
- Coordinate new orders with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of products and materials, ensuring seamless hotel operations.
Collaboration with Hotel Operations Departments
- Work closely with all hotel departments (such as Housekeeping, Kitchen, F&B, etc.) to accurately record needs and receive supplies, fully addressing departmental requirements.
- Manage the receipt and distribution of new orders to various departments, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are adequately supplied.
