ABOUT THE TEAM
Our team specializes in the development, testing, integration, and scaling of Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MS&A) tools that effectively visualize both historical and real-time data. This capability empowers users to create scenario-based analyses to evaluate mission concepts, refine tactics, and enhance mission comprehension. Our new team is committed to providing rigorous analytical products that assist in guiding product development while demonstrating our value to customers. These analytical products will be pivotal for both Business Development and Engineering initiatives.
As a Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst, your expertise in Operations Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA), data science, or wargaming—potentially alongside an operational military background—will be invaluable. You will leverage your knowledge of tactical wargaming and simulation to create realistic scenarios, develop analytical models, and provide insights that showcase the effectiveness of Anduril's systems. The Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) will complement demonstration events, ensuring clarity around the genuine capabilities we offer to warfighters.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct comprehensive joint and combined tactical analysis (including engagement-level and mission-level). Utilize operations research, systems analysis, and wargaming methodologies to develop analytical frameworks.
- Utilize high-level modeling and simulation tools such as Anduril's Lattice Mission Simulation and the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM) to execute detailed studies.
- Engage in data analysis and apply sophisticated computer modeling to devise solutions for complex challenges, employing principles of scientific inquiry and advanced analytics.
- Design, implement, and analyze tactical-level wargames to evaluate autonomous system capabilities and enhance tactical operations.
- Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios for wargaming exercises, focusing on modeling red and blue force systems and tactics.
