Position Overview
As the Water/Wastewater Leader in Texas, you will take charge of all team operations, including managing staff, ensuring financial performance, maintaining project quality, and delivering exceptional client service. You will set goals and objectives for your team, focus on employee development and mentoring, and manage client relationships effectively. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a local team while leveraging support from both local and national water/wastewater teams at Olsson.
