Your Role
We are in search of a Web Product Lead who will take ownership of our website as a product, overseeing its strategic direction, outcomes, and continuous development. This role focuses on maximizing both business and user impact by enhancing conversion rates, engagement, clarity, and trust throughout the site.
You will establish clear success metrics, create a robust roadmap, and perpetually refine the site through data-driven insights, experimentation, and rapid feedback loops. The website is a core component of the product experience, especially for prospective users who haven't yet signed up.
We prioritize progress over perfection, valuing learning, momentum, and measurable improvements over flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the website as a product
Manage the website as a premium product with defined goals, metrics, and trade-offs.
Establish success criteria across conversion rates, engagement levels, performance metrics, reliability, and audience reach.
Regularly reassess priorities based on impact, learning outcomes, and potential opportunities.
Define and enhance logged-out product experiences
Craft the ways in which product value is communicated prior to user signup.
Recognize opportunities to showcase real functionality, gather feedback, or facilitate interactions earlier in the user journey.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to rapidly test and enhance these experiences.
Drive conversion, experimentation, and learning
Implement a culture of experimentation to drive conversion and learning across the website.
