NBCUniversal is on the lookout for a talented Web Strategy Specialist – Sports to join our dynamic Growth Go-to-Market team in our direct-to-consumer digital video streaming division. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Web Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management, optimization, and execution of our sports landing pages on PeacockTV.com.
The perfect candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with a keen eye for precision, capable of maintaining and prioritizing a roadmap of landing pages that align with our evolving business objectives. You should possess a strategic mindset, experience in CMS-based web production, a genuine passion for sports content, and a strong background in SEO and conversion-focused web experiences. Your mission will be to enhance and refine the sports landing page strategy to foster user engagement, elevate the user experience, and support our key sports initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and optimization of sports landing pages by spearheading the design, development, launch, and continuous enhancements of the sports pages on PeacockTV.com.
Own the roadmap for sports pages, prioritizing updates driven by business goals, programming shifts, and user engagement analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams including NBC Sports Marketing, Product Marketing Design, Product Marketing Strategy, Platform Operations, Decision Sciences, and Legal to ensure sports pages highlight the latest offerings, live events, and upcoming games.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless landing page experience that aligns with both paid and organic marketing strategies.
Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) campaign planning for sports programming, ensuring that landing pages effectively support major tentpole events.
Utilize analytics tools (data dashboards, heat map tools, etc.) to monitor page performance, user behavior, and conversion trends, harnessing insights to inform optimizations.
Implement A/B tests through Optimizely and manage launch efforts aimed at improving user experience, engagement, and conversion rates on sports pages.
Stay informed about competitor strategies and industry trends to uncover new opportunities for innovation and best practices.
