Join our team as a Weekend Speech-Language Pathologist in a fully remote capacity! We require candidates to possess a valid North Carolina state license or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
This position is classified as a non-exempt, W2 hourly role. Compensation varies based on the number of hours worked, with clinical rates ranging from $40 to $54 per hour. This rate covers both direct therapy and necessary documentation.
Clinicians who are available for high-demand hours (weekday evenings post-5 pm and/or weekend daytime hours) will qualify for a sign-on bonus of $150 for each eligible hour, distributed in two payments at 3 and 6 months of service. The total bonus amount will depend on your availability.
Availability:
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) can create a flexible schedule that meets their needs, but must be available after 9:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays, with a minimum commitment of 7 hours of availability each week.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric clientele.
• Diagnose and develop individualized care plans utilizing Expressable’s innovative technology and clinical resources.
• Deliver therapy focused on measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in alignment with quality standards.
• Engage in mandatory training, communication, and compliance activities.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
