In this role: The Work Organization Consultant is often associated with the role of architect or business analyst, as they strive to understand and master the activities and tasks related to the various administrative and operational processes of the company or organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Possessing valid Canadian citizenship or a work permit;
Ability to work in French (both oral and written);
Engaging in the design, orientation, and/or validation of the definition of the organization's processes (level, scope, objectives) to ensure the optimization of processes defined within the overall organizational architecture.
Proposing improvement or intervention strategies to meet the targets and performance levels set by management.
Collaborating in the evolution of the work organization architecture.
Advising and guiding on business processes and procedures;
Providing functional support (dissemination, simplification, advice) to various administrative units of the organization regarding the understanding of the work organization architecture and related orientations;
Suggesting solutions to optimize services offered to the clientele served by the organization;
Assisting the organization in implementing or modifying processes related to work organization;
Participating in maintaining or improving the integrated process architecture in compliance with established standards;
Establishing a process maturity assessment;
Contributing to the standardization or enhancement of documentation tools and communication of processes;
Supporting all executive directions of the organization in identifying the impacts of changes on processes, ensuring optimal interrelations and identifying necessary adjustments;
Participating in the update of service and process maps;
Contributing to the design, maintenance, and dissemination of performance orientation regarding services and processes;
Advising on performance criteria and measures to be implemented according to best practices;
