Position: Workday Learning Management System Consultant
As a Workday Learning Management System Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Workday Learning and Core HCM systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Tier 2 support for Workday Learning and resolving escalated incidents and service requests.
- Overseeing daily LMS operations such as course creation, user assignments, compliance tracking, and system maintenance.
- Administering diverse learning content types including eLearning, SCORM, AICC, and instructor-led courses.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Workday Learning notifications.
- Optimizing business processes and integrations within Workday Learning.
- Developing and analyzing reports to monitor participation and compliance metrics.
- Collaborating with HR, Talent Development, and IT to enhance workflows and user experiences.
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across systems.
- Maintaining documentation and logs for LMS processes.
- Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
We are looking for someone with experience supporting global Workday environments or enterprise-scale implementations.
