The Talent, Skills, and Performance Lead serves as the functional subject matter expert responsible for spearheading the solutioning, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Workday capabilities across Talent Management, Performance, and Skills for our global organization. This critical role ensures that the platform's evolution aligns with our overarching business strategy, People & Culture objectives, and the Cloud Support Model (CSM) framework.
This position will facilitate the Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) in translating and executing the strategy through Workday implementation, including future support for Talent Acquisition development.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting the Business, Talent CoE, and HR functions in delivering a talent and skills strategy via the Workday platform that enables an evolved perspective of the CoE. A platform mindset focused on how talent can inform and drive delivery success through PSA functionality is essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the technical subject matter expert on Workday Talent, Performance, and Skills capabilities, utilizing analytical skills and a process-oriented approach.
- Provide insight into Workday best practices and collaborate with Talent CoE, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to design integrated solutions that mitigate cross-functional and technical impacts.
- Ensure that implemented solutions satisfy the transactional, reporting, and analytical requirements of the business for talent processes.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning for talent modules to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and updates, assessing new features and functionalities for potential adoption in the talent domain.
- Manage Workday Releases by evaluating updates and discussing their impacts and benefits with the business.
- Assist the CoE in preparing user education and ensuring effective change management for new functionalities and process changes.
- Translate business needs into actionable steps toward technical solutions.
