Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Drive innovation through data - Be encouraged to explore creativity and insights, particularly in new technologies and methodologies that enhance the performance of the Specialist Operations (SO) team.
Transform chaos into clarity - Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for improvement within the Customer Happiness Team’s operations.
Act as a knowledge resource - Collaborate with diverse teams within our User Voice Group to ensure that operational efficiency plans are executed effectively.
Make a local impact with a global vision - Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes that set the SO team up for scalable success.
Take ownership of your growth - Engage in various initiatives across teams to broaden your experience.
Master the essentials - As Canva grows, ensure that our business-as-usual (BAU) operations scale accordingly, including:
Creating short-term capacity plans and optimal schedules.
Developing strategic and tactical staffing solutions.
Monitoring real-time customer service operations to identify potential demand or supply deviations.
Facilitating quick decision-making in response to various circumstances.
Supporting the execution of business contingency plans.
Publishing relevant operational reports to guide action planning.
