Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
- Greet employees, visitors, and guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk during business hours, serving as the main contact for office-related inquiries.
- Register visitors and inform hosts upon their arrival.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Contribute to a vibrant and friendly office atmosphere.
Mail & Package Management
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Notify employees of deliveries and ensure prompt distribution.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and arrange for courier pickups as needed.
- Keep the mail and package area organized.
Office & Kitchen Upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections of shared areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Monitor and replenish kitchen and office supplies (coffee, snacks, paper, etc.).
- Check meeting rooms and common areas, resetting them as necessary.
- Assist with inventory checks and report low supplies.
Workplace Support
- Assist the Workplace team with daily operational tasks.
- Help prepare for new team members (e.g., welcome kits, office tours).
- Support small office events or team gatherings as needed.
- Report maintenance or cleaning issues to the Workplace team.
