About the Position
We are looking for a seasoned workplace professional to foster employee engagement and drive operational collaboration. This highly interactive role is crucial to ensuring our workforce benefits from an optimal working environment that adapts to changing needs. Reporting to the Senior Workplace Manager for the Americas within the Workplace Operations organization, this role requires close collaboration with various REW divisions and cross-functional partners including Leasing, Workplace Experience, Global Food Programs, Executive Business Partners, Corporate Security, IT, and external stakeholders.
This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and requires in-office presence 5 days a week. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workplace programs from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and a consistently positive experience for employees.
Effectively communicate updates and address workplace-related concerns proactively, serving as a trusted and approachable resource for employees.
Design and implement initiatives that enhance company culture, boost employee engagement, and foster connections across teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., People, IT, Facilities, Security, Finance) through regular updates and ongoing teamwork.
Provide dedicated workplace support to specific organizations within the company, understanding their unique needs and advocating for them.
Act as a reliable information source for supported teams, maintaining accurate documentation and guidance related to workplace programs and policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in workplace operations or facilities management.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships across diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with workplace design principles and employee engagement strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
