Your Role
As a Workplace Experience and Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our learning initiatives to fruition while providing essential HR administrative support. In addition to these responsibilities, you will oversee office operations across 14 global locations, with a primary focus on our San Ramon headquarters.
This position reports to our Sr. Manager of Employee Experience & Development and is based in our San Ramon office.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate logistics for and facilitate training sessions and programs (e.g., new hire orientation, leadership workshops, and other learning events).
- Manage invitations, calendar coordination, room setup, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
