- Provide consultation and support to managers, HR teams, and employees, enhancing workplace wellbeing and effectiveness at the customer location in Cambridge, MA: 2 days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays 9 am - 5 pm).
- Deliver individual therapy to employees on-site.
- Offer solution-focused mental health consultation and connect employees to appropriate resources.
- Proactively cultivate strong, trusting relationships with leaders and HR points of contact, executing local action plans for your site.
- Coordinate and deliver responses to critical incidents.
- Conduct customized training sessions and promote Spring Health benefits.
- Develop an expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available resources.
