Join Super Soccer Stars as a part-time Youth Soccer Instructor and Coach Development Coordinator! *Initially, you will serve as an Assistant Coach, with an expedited path to becoming a Lead Coach upon completing the necessary training and onboarding hours. Once promoted to Lead Coach, you will have ongoing opportunities for recruitment and coach development.*
**Guaranteed minimum of 15-20 hours per week | Required availability: Monday-Thursday 1-5 PM, Saturday mornings | Optional additional hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM-11 AM**

POSITION DETAILS:
Become the local face of the fastest-growing youth soccer program in North Bay! We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and cheerful Soccer Coach who will foster a love for soccer in a nurturing, non-competitive atmosphere. Our ideal candidate is reliable, has experience working with children, and radiates positive energy. This position evolves into a Coach Development role with additional hours available as you become familiar with the curriculum and lead classes.
Compensation starts at $25 per hour as an Assistant Coach, increasing to $30 per hour upon successfully transitioning to Lead Coach, with periodic pay raises every six months.*

SCHEDULE:
Classes are held during late morning and after-school hours on weekdays, and/or weekend mornings. The ideal candidate should be available during the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 9 AM-12 PM (optional for additional hours)
- Monday-Thursday: 1 PM-5 PM
- Saturday: Morning classes
