Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical issues with printers, routers, emails, and other devices.
- Accurately diagnose problems and recommend appropriate service plans and software solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an Outbound Technical Support process.
- Proven ability to close calls and process payments effectively.
- Strong confidence in pitching service plans to customers.
- Exceptional fluency in English is a must.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
