Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls effectively.
Position Details:
- Process: Inbound Voice Support
- Shift: Night (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Outbound or Inbound call centers
Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Able to manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Age between 18 and 35
- Domestic BPO experience is not applicable; fresher candidates are not eligible
