Job Overview:
Your primary responsibility will involve managing inbound calls effectively.
1) Process: Inbound Technical Support Voice Process.
2) Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
3) Salary: Competitive salary with a 10-30% increase on current CTC.
4) Experience: Minimum of 6 months in international outbound process required.
5) Language Skills: Candidates must be fluent in English.
6) Work Schedule: Night shifts only.
7) Salary Payment: First of every month.
8) Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational Off).
