Job Description:

As an advanced practice provider, you will play a vital role in our care team, collaborating closely with our Medical Doctors. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with varied neurological needs in an outpatient setting.

  • Conduct neurologic histories and physical examinations, perform specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including botulinum toxin A injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks.

  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments for neurological disorders, including infusion therapy.

  • Monitor treatment side effects and provide guidance to patients and caregivers regarding neurological diagnoses and disorders.

  • Coordinate with primary care and other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Consult with neurosurgery and other specialists as required.
