Job Description:
As an advanced practice provider, you will play a vital role in our care team, collaborating closely with our Medical Doctors. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with varied neurological needs in an outpatient setting.
Conduct neurologic histories and physical examinations, perform specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including botulinum toxin A injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks.
Prescribe and administer medications and treatments for neurological disorders, including infusion therapy.
Monitor treatment side effects and provide guidance to patients and caregivers regarding neurological diagnoses and disorders.
Coordinate with primary care and other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Consult with neurosurgery and other specialists as required.
