Adeeba E Services is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Inbound Technical Support Executives for the US shift (Night Shift).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Process: Inbound Voice Support.
2) Shift Timing: Night (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
3) Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (fixed) plus performance-based incentives.
4) Required Experience: Minimum 6 months in Outbound or Inbound support.
5) Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency is a must.
