Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers.
- Providing effective solutions for technical issues.
- Closing calls efficiently and taking payments through various gateways.
Shift Details:
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
