We are actively seeking experienced candidates for the role of Inbound Sales Agent specializing in technical support during the night shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical issues related to printers, routers, emails, etc.
- Diagnose customer issues accurately and offer appropriate software and service plans.
- Close calls effectively and process payments from customers.
- Confidently present service plans to customers to achieve sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound technical support processes.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
