Your Role as a Journeyman Electrician

As we expand our operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician who excels in hands-on fieldwork. You will be integral to our daily operations, conducting installations, troubleshooting complex system issues, and setting high standards through your technical expertise. Your role will be vital in ensuring the efficiency of our battery fleet while mentoring your peers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and resolve intricate electrical and battery system issues directly in the field.
  • Quality Assurance: Rework installations to ensure compliance with inspections and internal quality standards.
  • On-Site Representation: Collaborate with inspectors and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) during site visits to resolve concerns promptly.
  • Mentor Installation Crews: Train and onboard new team members to uphold performance excellence.
  • Maintain Expertise: Stay updated on Base hardware, National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, and core electrical principles.
  • Emergency Support: Be part of an on-call rotation to address urgent electrical issues during nights and weekends.
