We are on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager to contribute to our growth and actively participate in our development within the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities and create a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Foster consistent sales within designated industries/geographies by building and nurturing relationships with both market leaders and smaller companies in sectors like machine building, robotics, infrastructure, furniture, and more.
  • Implement best practices in sales and account management.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through self-generated opportunities and managed customer pools in specified industries and/or regions.

Functional Duties:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients.
  • Utilize calls and emails, among other methods, to establish a strong and reliable pipeline.
  • Handle incoming leads, assisting and cultivating relationships.
  • Manage daily business operations due to the short-term decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain opportunity pipelines in designated industries and regions.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact and inquiry to order placement and ensuring a flow of repeat orders.
  • Maintain customer engagement throughout all project phases, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Accurately document the sales process in the CRM system.

  • Passionate about sales and dedicated to customer support with a strong customer orientation.
  • Demonstrated success in sales within industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, and 3D printing.
  • A tech-savvy individual enthusiastic about utilizing modern technologies and software.
  • Knowledge of metalworks, 3D printing, and injection molding is a significant advantage.
