Role overview
The Junior Accountant in Riyadh supports the payment process for vehicles acquired by Syarah. This role works closely with both purchasing and finance teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and payments are processed efficiently. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining smooth operations.
What you will do
- Collect and validate documents for vehicle transactions, including inspection reports, ownership papers, customer identification, and agreements.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Purchasing and Finance departments.
- Prepare and submit payment requests using the banking system.
- Check all payment details for accuracy before submitting for approval.
- Track pending approvals to avoid delays in payments to customers.
- Keep organized records of all transactions, both digital and physical.
- Work with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information.
- Support ongoing improvements to the payment process to reduce turnaround time.
- Follow company policies and financial guidelines at all times.
