Join us at Netguru and help create outstanding software.Salary Ranges:PLN 14,000 - 23,500 monthly gross (employment contract).PLN 16,800 - 28,200 monthly before tax (long-term B2B contract) + 20 paid vacation days.Key Responsibilities:Define and uphold the technical vision for assigned projects and technology practices.Make informed architectural and technology stack decisions that align with long-term strategic goals.Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and engineering excellence.Manage and mitigate technical debt by prioritizing and supervising resolutions.Lead a team of up to 12 developers, including performance reviews, career planning, and salary input.Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Assist in recruitment and ensure seamless onboarding for new team members.Contribute technical expertise in presales processes, including high-level designs and architecture proposals, while identifying potential risks.Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and support accurate estimations.Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and suggesting relevant solutions.Engage in department-wide discussions regarding technology and methodologies, providing insights on efficiency and optimization.Enhance client trust and satisfaction (NPS) by ensuring high technical quality and timely project delivery.
