About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst within our Account Management and Sales team, you will gain invaluable experience in the fintech sector while enhancing your analytical, operational, and business skills. This position places you at the heart of client engagement and business process optimization, with every task contributing directly to Solidgate’s growth.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance (including Cross-sell and Up-sell), develop metrics and reports, and offer recommendations to enhance team processes.
Engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding our products and services.
Prepare presentations, documentation, and organize meetings.
Assist in operational processes within the Account Management and Sales teams.

Your Profile

A Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress).
Strong academic performance and achievements.
Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
A high sense of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset.

Participation in international or academic programs (such as FLEX, Erasmus, CFA Research Challenge, or similar) will distinguish you from other candidates.
