Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Services and Products, you will play a vital role in gathering and managing requirements throughout the system development lifecycle. You will guide new clients and existing customers, ensuring that functional characteristics are clearly defined and understood. Additionally, you will support the management of ongoing client relationships and the delivery of services across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with customers to identify and document technical requirements.
· Ensure effective system implementation in partnership with clients.
· Provide outstanding post-sales and operational support to all customers.
· Manage small development projects utilizing methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
