Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Liaise with internal STEM senior leadership and local project teams to define project delivery requirements. Engage with clients, building relationships during project setup and delivery while managing external requests and deadlines. Manage multiple client projects concurrently. Develop and maintain MS Excel databases using source data. Analyze client data employing both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess key performance indicators. Conduct pressure tests on source data and identify areas for further investigation. Collaborate with project leaders and local teams to interpret data and formulate actionable plans and recommendations for clients. Create high-quality presentations and deliverables for clients using MS PowerPoint. Support fellow analysis team members in meeting client deadlines and enhancing team efficiency. Essential Skills:Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential. A degree in a Science-related field with a strong numerical focus (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering) or prior experience as an Analyst. Excellent communication and project management skills to handle multiple projects with various stakeholders. Experience in data analysis and reporting.
