Role overview
The Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) helps expand Learnlight’s reach in the DACH region. This is a remote, full-time position based in Serbia, reporting to the Growth Director in Germany. The role is focused on the early stages of the sales process, emphasizing lead generation and supporting the sales pipeline.
What you will do
- Identify and contact potential clients through outbound channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and networking, to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Initiate conversations with prospects, conduct discovery calls, and assess client needs to determine alignment with Learnlight’s solutions.
- Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of relevant information.
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads from marketing activities.
Collaboration
This position works closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to support Learnlight’s commercial growth in the DACH market.
