Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Analyze large data sets to uncover insights and optimization opportunities that impact business KPIs. Develop and implement rapid learning test strategies to achieve our objectives. Create intuitive dashboards for clear project result visualization, progress tracking, and decision-making facilitation. Communicate insights to stakeholders, translating tests into actionable learnings, and actively participate in defining next steps. Collaborate with other squads such as business, product, and data teams to execute tests, discuss results, align expectations and timelines, and implement solutions. Qualifications:Strong analytical thinking to break down complex problems. Ability to craft engaging data stories to communicate insights effectively. Aggressive mindset with adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments. Proactive, results-oriented approach with a hands-on attitude. Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools, such as Excel and SQL.
