The London office is seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to provide advanced technical support and lead operational improvements across the EMEA region. This position plays a key role in maintaining reliable IT infrastructure and security, working closely with engineers, vendors, and internal teams. Role overview The Senior IT Operations Analyst serves as the main escalation point for complex IT incidents. This role manages technically demanding problems from investigation through resolution, and leads projects that enhance infrastructure and security. Collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams is central to ensuring smooth and secure operations. Key responsibilities Act as the senior escalation contact for complex incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing lasting solutions. Lead investigations into recurring issues, document lessons learned, and drive process improvements. Own technically challenging problems from initial investigation through resolution and follow-up. Oversee technical workstreams, including office moves, network and firewall upgrades, cloud improvements, and integration of acquisitions. Work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver safe and effective changes. Improve platform reliability and performance through monitoring, automation, patching, and standardizing operations. Collaborate with the Information Systems team to maintain audit readiness and compliance with ISO27001, SOC, and internal controls.
