Flexible and committed to working in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in email marketing and digital channels is advantageous. Possess strong analytical skills with an understanding of data.

Last year, we successfully delivered over 3 billion emails, mobile messages, and push notifications, serving a diverse and expanding client base. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize client satisfaction.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CRM team to execute email campaigns for various clients, ensuring each project runs smoothly from conception to deployment. You will be an integral part of our Customer Service team, responsible for email design, HTML campaign builds, quality control, testing, and full deployment. Collaborating with the Studio and eCRM Production teams, you will ensure that all email campaigns uphold our high standards and undergo thorough quality control before reaching our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with the client's marketing team on all email campaigns.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign and project management, from initial concept to deployment.
  • Manage daily client relationships, both internally and directly.
  • Enhance performance and efficiency through detailed reporting and optimization.
  • Compile comprehensive reports to analyze performance and sales data, identifying opportunities for growth on client accounts.
  • Serve as a liaison between the design team, data team, developers, and client teams, ensuring clear briefs for each department.
  • Ensure all project and campaign deadlines are met.
  • Gain a profound understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of online marketing.
  • Possess a solid understanding of CRM platform technology.
  • Develop expertise in response-driven email marketing.
