This establishment features 10 ensuite bedrooms, elegantly finished, and a restaurant currently accommodating 100 guests, with plans to expand to 150 in the coming months.
With the ongoing refurbishment, the management is equipping the kitchen with state-of-the-art gadgets and tools, making this a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team dedicated to delivering modern European cuisine to a high standard.
The role entails an average of 45 hours per week over 5 days, with a competitive salary of up to £19,500 per annum, complemented by a generous tips package. Additionally, comfortable shared accommodation is available for only £95 per week, including all utilities.
This position is ideal for a Junior Chef eager to develop their skills under the mentorship of an experienced Head Chef with a robust culinary background.
