A recent graduate with a degree in engineering, construction economics, or a related field. A demonstrated passion for project financial management and the construction sector. Flexible, self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player. Excellent numerical skills with a keen interest in budget management. Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Strong written communication abilities, capable of producing reports in both languages. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Cost Manager specializing in data center projects. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Senior Construction Cost Engineer with various critical tasks including:

  • Supporting the preparation of project cost estimates from the Feasibility phase through to advanced stages such as Concept Design, Detailed Design, and Technical Design.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by proficiently managing the project’s budget while honing essential skills in cost estimating, reporting, financial forecasting, and benchmarking.
  • Assisting in feasibility studies, processing supplier price requests, and collaborating with project stakeholders.
  • Providing insights on various tendering strategies and procurement methods.
  • Preparing comprehensive tender documentation (DCE), analyzing bids, and drafting well-informed recommendations during the ACT phase.
  • Serving as a key liaison for clients and project stakeholders through every project phase.
  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to keep them updated on project developments.
