Supporting the preparation of project cost estimates from the Feasibility phase through to advanced stages such as Concept Design, Detailed Design, and Technical Design.
Ensuring client satisfaction by proficiently managing the project’s budget while honing essential skills in cost estimating, reporting, financial forecasting, and benchmarking.
Assisting in feasibility studies, processing supplier price requests, and collaborating with project stakeholders.
Providing insights on various tendering strategies and procurement methods.
Preparing comprehensive tender documentation (DCE), analyzing bids, and drafting well-informed recommendations during the ACT phase.
Serving as a key liaison for clients and project stakeholders through every project phase.
Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to keep them updated on project developments.
