Role overview
The Junior CRM Specialist focuses on building lasting relationships with players. This position supports the design and execution of personalized, data-informed CRM campaigns that span the customer lifecycle. Collaboration with other teams is key, as the role helps shape retention and engagement strategies that influence customer activity and revenue growth.
Main responsibilities
- Carry out strategic campaigns, lifecycle initiatives, and customer journeys as planned.
- Create targeted promotional offers for specific audience segments.
- Oversee campaign implementation from launch to performance analysis.
- Customize communication content based on customer segmentation, such as product or value.
- Set up and configure bonuses using back-office tools.
- Design and refine communication templates for channels like email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups, and bonuses.
- Keep Terms and Conditions for campaigns, promotions, and bonuses accurate and up to date.
- Apply best practices to deliver personalized offers.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in all client communications.
- Serve as a point of contact for support and internal teams to resolve campaign-related questions and issues.
- Test and provide feedback on new marketing tools and platform updates.
