We are seeking a Junior Motion Developer who is skilled in creating stunning, cohesive animations using React and Remotion.
This is a unique opportunity that blends frontend development with motion design. We need a developer who thinks like an animator and can deliver production-ready motion graphics systems.
The Role
You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our motion graphics library utilizing Remotion (a React-based video rendering tool). Your contributions will significantly shape the quality and aesthetics of the videos we produce.
You will collaborate closely with engineers and creative leads to:
Implement motion templates and transitions
Refine animation timing and pacing
Create reusable motion components
Ensure visual consistency across various outputs
Your Responsibilities
Develop programmatic motion graphics using Remotion + React
Design reusable components and templates (lower thirds, titles, charts, transitions, etc.)
Enhance motion quality: easing, timing, rhythm, spacing, and visual coherence
Maintain a streamlined motion design system (colors, typography, layout patterns)
Work collaboratively with the team to iterate quickly based on feedback
Optimize performance and rendering stability
