Gather and submit PPAP documentation as required by customers, and inform the team of the customer approval status of product submission guarantees.Ensure that measures for previously reported customer complaints and internal quality issues are implemented in new projects.Review and approve PSW for Bosch self-manufactured parts and parts from internal Bosch factories.2. Planning and Coordinating Customer AuditsCommunicate promptly with customers (or internally) to determine audit dates, understand audit objectives and scope, ensuring mutual acceptance.Disseminate detailed customer requirements to relevant departments and support them in audit preparations before and during the audit.Organize necessary activities related to the audits.Publish audit results internally and follow up with improvement measures.3. Handling Product Quality IssuesCollaborate with the team to address internal deviation products following the 8D methodology.Manage deviations in Bosch factory products, providing relevant factories with failure information and necessary samples, implementing containment measures, and tracking problem resolution in the IQIS system. Charge relevant factories accordingly and ensure they meet inter-factory quality targets.Monitor the status of quarantined products, advancing problem resolution to meet set quarantine lot and period requirements.Provide timely support for resolving quality issues that affect delivery.4. Planning Product AuditsDuring new project development, assess the applicability and performance of testing equipment and measuring instruments, defining specifications and requirements for testing devices. Support the new equipment purchasing process and prepare an annual budget plan.Schedule A/Q/Z inspection audit plans, checklists, and operational guidelines, regularly assessing the necessity of A inspections and adjusting testing items and frequency accordingly.Follow up on issue reports found in product audits to ensure timely closure.5. Engineering Change ManagementReview and support engineering changes for products and related processes, submitting PPAP reports as necessary.6. Deviation ManagementAs a member of the Customer Focus Team (CFT), handle deviations and inform customers of deviation information when necessary; check and support deviation activities to ensure quality; coordinate internally to minimize the number of deviations.7. Continuous Process ImprovementAssist in the continuous improvement of internal quality processes within the team.8. Additional TasksPerform other tasks assigned by superiors.
